The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Stay1day.com website and all content (taken together, the Website).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services.

1. General: If you create an account and/or add content, such as an accommodation, you agree that you are the owner or an employee of that exact accommodation. Stay1Day is not responsible and will not be liable for erroneous bookings since Stay1Day is an affiliate of Booking.com and the accommodations on Stay1Day are added by the owner or employees of the added accommodations. If an erroneous booking occur you must contact Booking.com or the accommodation itself. Inaccuracies and typographical errors reserved which can occur on each page on Stay1Day.
2. Your Stay1day.com account: For now, only owners and employees of an accommodation may register on Stay1Day, unless otherwise indicated here. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must not describe or assign content to your account and/or accommodation in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others, and Stay1Day may change or remove any description or keyword that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause Stay1Day liability. You must immediately notify Stay1Day of any unauthorized uses of your account and/or accommodation or any other breaches of security. Stay1Day will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. By submitting content to the Website you grant Stay1Day a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your accommodation. You are entirely responsible for the content, and any harm resulting from, on your account and/or from the accommodation(s) you add. You give us the right to contact you by e-mail, but we will never give your personal information to others.
3. Content: Stay1Day is not responsible for the content published by users of the Website. By publishing content to the Website you agree to provide accurate information. Inaccuracies and typographical errors reserved which can occur on each page on Stay1Day.
4. Changes: Stay1Day reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Stay1Day may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website. Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
